Receita fácil para o Natal

Musse bicolor de chocolate

Ingredientes:

- 150 g de chocolate meio amargo
-150 g de chocolate branco
-6 gemas de ovo
-2 colheres (sopa) de manteiga
-4 claras de ovo
-6 colheres (sopa) de açúcar
-1 colher (sopa) de licor de laranja
-1 colher (chá) de essência de baunilha
-raspas de chocolate branco e meio amargo

Modo de Preparo:

Pique finamente os 2 tipos de chocolate. Coloque as gemas e o açúcar em uma batedeira, e bata até obter um creme claro e volumoso, reserve. Coloque cada tipo de chocolate em uma tigela que possa ir ao banho-maria. Acrescente 1 colher de sopa de manteiga a cada tigela e leve-as ao banho-maria morno misturando para que os chocolates derretam. Depois de derretidos, acrescente ao chocolate meio-amargo o licor de laranja e, ao chocolate branco a essência de baunilha.

Misturar bem. Acrescente metade da mistura de gemas a cada tipo de chocolate, misture delicadamente e reserve. Bata as claras em neve e acrescente metade a cada mousse. Misture levemente com colheres de pau, misturando de baixo para cima em movimento circular. Coloque as mousses em taças, despejando na taça um pouco de cada simultaneamente. Decore com raspas de chocolate branco e meio amargo. Leve à geladeira por 4 horas no mínimo.
